Throughout this expertly designed and decorated home, you and your guests will be surrounded by elegant furnishings, luxurious amenities, and gorgeous views, including that of Land’s End and its famous arch.

Built to accommodate 12 guests, Casa Carreta contains six bedrooms, four of which are fabulous master suites with walk-in closets, private terraces, and stunning sea views. The fifth room is perfect for children as it offers two sets of twin bunk beds, and then the sixth room is sequestered in its own private casita, complete with a kitchenette and bathroom. The media room also includes a pull-out sofa sleeper in case you need one more bed.

The grand entrance staircase leads guests from the front door into the two-story vaulted great room, outfitted with large stone columns, wood accents, and stone and tile work. The open-concept living and dining area connects to the well-stocked gourmet kitchen and bar and leads out onto the patio and outdoor spaces beyond.

Once outside, you’ll have the choice of kicking back in several seating areas that allow guests to enjoy the scenery to its fullest. There’s a covered patio, shady palapa, alfresco dining area, couches, chairs, and sunbathing loungers—you choose how and where to relax! Take a dip in the infinity-edge swimming pool and grab a drink at the swim-up bar; enjoy the sunset while in the hot tub; get cozy by the fire pit as the day winds down, or get closer to the starry sky by relaxing on the second-floor terrace. 

Casa Carreta has a staircase that leads down to the sandy beaches and surf below—the property possesses a private and exclusive section of sand if you feel like having a beach day. And, due to its proximity to the Punta Ballena Beach Club, Casa Carreta’s guests have access to the club’s spa, on-site dining, fitness center, grand swimming pool, and tennis courts. Restaurant options close by include the Beach Club Bar and Grill, Cocina del Mar at the Esperanza Resort & Spa, and the Toro Latin Bar and Grill.
