Casa Edwards, a classic colonial-era architecture, overlooks the beach and waters of Palmilla Bay and is surrounded by lovely vegetation and a well-manicured lawn, further emphasizing the air of glamor attached to the house.

The expansive white walls, sweeping arches, and hacienda-style red tile roof harken back to the past, while the interior contains clean and contemporary features. Throughout the space, guests will be surrounded by simple lines, a neutral color palette, colorful artwork, and unique features, like a celestial-inspired modern chandelier hanging over a formal twelve-seat dining area. The living room boasts a deluxe media system, perfect for cozy movie nights. The kitchen contains top-of-the-line appliances and vibrant tilework, making the space an excellent atmosphere for whipping up delicious meals and snacks!

This vacation house has the ability to host up to 20 individuals in its eight bedroom suites, each complete with its own private bathroom – all will be comfortable during their stay. A fully-equipped gym and fitness set-up is available onsite, as well as a relaxing sauna for post-workout sessions. Sleep and sweat are both promoted at Casa Edwards!

And, once you step out onto the extensive Cantera-tiled outdoor patio, you will be met with even more of Casa Edwards’ fabulous features. The infinity pool and jacuzzi are surrounded by lounge beds, umbrellas, and reclining lounge chairs, and the property is dotted with hammocks for further relaxation in the swaying breeze. A gas fire pit is enclosed with sofas for evening conversations and drinks under the stars, and the traditional palapa covers the wet bar, BBQ, and outdoor entertainment system.

This luxury villa, part of the exclusive Palmilla residential community, also includes access to the Palmilla Golf and Tennis clubs. Additional fees apply; contact your concierge regarding reservations and tee times. Guests also can request reservations for the One & Only restaurant, which are subject to availability and confirmation from the One & Only Palmilla hotel.
