The most notable feature of the Villa Maria has to be its imposing entrance and living area. Featuring almost 20 ft wood beamed ceilings, strong colors, and a massive travertine marble fire place. Its hard to believe there is anything better or more inviting. That is until you look out past the pocket doors and infinity pool towards the Pacific Ocean. The multilevel patio features not only a large pool and jacuzzi, but an intimate fire pit and multiple private areas to relax. Wake up to listening to the waves , indulge in a private massage on your terrace, or enjoy a magical moment with someone special as the sun sets over the horizon. The Villa Maria is the place where you will finally put yourself first, and get back all that you deserve.

Villa Maria is also unique in that the attention to detail doesn’t stop with the common areas. Three of Five over sized bedrooms feature King sized beds, Ocean Views, large en-suite baths, and walk in custom closets. The fourth bedroom contains 2 queen sized beds and shares a bath with the Den/TV room. Perfect for your favorite ball game , extra guests,or the technology addicted teenager . The 5th Bedroom is detached casita with private entrance and en-suite bath. Currently used as a gym, it can easily be converted into another room with a king sized bed for those who desire a bit more privacy.
