Villa Marcella is a 10,000 square foot, five-bedroom mansion (sleeps 14) situated on the pristine Pedregal Beach. Surrounded by natural granite rock formations, coconut palms and only steps from the pounding waves of the Pacific Ocean this villa offers more than you can imagine in grandeur and privacy. From the moment you walk through the front doors of Villa Marcella, you’ll enjoy unobstructed views of the Pedregal Beach and the Pacific Ocean. Once you’ve settled in for your stay, you will appreciate the peace and tranquility of the villa, as well as the sound of the pounding waves a mere 100 yards away. It’s all about spectacular sunsets and ocean views from the swimming pool, Jacuzzi, outdoor terraces, and every room in the villa.
The master bedroom has its own living room and offers a king sized bed. The master bathroom is stunning, with a large Jacuzzi tub and separate shower that has an ocean view – actually the whole bathroom is ocean view. The other 4 bedrooms are all spacious, and have their own private bathrooms. All the bedrooms are ocean view, two with king beds and the remaining two have two king beds each.
On the pool level is a game room with another large screen TV, the room also has a full wet bar and pool table. This room opens out onto the patio area. The pool is a long narrow lap style pool with the Jacuzzi at one end. If you want to feel sand under your feet then you only have a few steps to navigate. The beach is public but is so secluded that it might as well be private as access is through the gated community of Pedregal, Cabo San Lucas’ most prestigious.
