Villa Gran Vista is a 7,500 square foot, seven-bedroom villa (sleeps 14) situated atop the magnificent Pedregal cliffs. Newly constructed in 2008, privacy is a key feature of Gran Vista with gated off-street parking and architecture designed to provide ultimate privacy while out on the terraces, swimming pool and Jacuzzi areas. Nothing stands between you and the unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean from every room in the villa—including all seven-bedroom suites—making this the ideal villa for your family vacation or getaway with your best friends.

Each of the seven individually-themed bedroom suites have views of the Pacific Ocean, king beds, satellite TV, phone, high speed Internet, stereo speakers, beautiful in-suite full bathrooms, and a control system to listen to your choice of music coming from the central CD player or iPod station. Leather and handcrafted wood furnishings are featured in the living and dining areas. The 52-inch flat screen TV, computer station, and plush leather sofas are the highlights of the media room, and the regulation pool table will provide for hours of entertainment in the billiard room. The floor plan on the main level is designed such that the flow is seamless from the living, dining, kitchen, billiard, and media rooms and the outdoor areas.

The outdoor grilling area with its large gas BBQ and wet-bar is shaded by a large cantera-columned pergola and is accompanied by a gorgeous infinity pool with a swim-up bar. More modern elements have inspired the geometric beauty of the pool and 360-degree infinity-edged oversized Jacuzzi. The comfortable lounge chairs on the spacious decks invite guests to relax and enjoy the calming Pacific Ocean views. Or make your escape to the private grotto, a well-shaded and secluded area featuring lush tropical gardens, a relaxing cantera stone fountain, and beautiful statuary.
