As you approach this hill-top villa in the Pedregal the sweep of blue will take your breath away. We call it Aguas Brillantes (Bright Waters) and no photograph can do justice when everywhere you turn you look out over the Pacific, Land’s End and the Sea of Cortez. The blue of the heated pool’s infinity edge is one with the sea beyond. Always you can see beaches, boats, a myriad of water activities, the marina and town below…close enough to walk but far enough away to simply revel in the beauty. With its soaring ceilings, marble floors and attention to detail this contemporary, Hacienda-style home is perfect for relaxing and entertaining. Glide the glass doors into their pockets and, voila, the indoor vaulted living area, huge stone fireplace and dining flow out to the covered terrace and on to the pool. Spacious, open and inviting, the kitchen offers comfort, gourmet convenience and a feeling of luxury. The Master bedroom’s fireplace adds romantic flavor and the bath some scenic drama. Each bedroom has a private bath. The Master and two other bedrooms have King beds and the fourth has two Queen beds. Each bedroom has a 37″ flat-screen TV with satellite. There is a common entertainment/family area downstairs with a 65″ plasma TV, surround-sound and the command center for the house’s music system.
